Jason does not coach theory. He teaches what he lived and what he built long before it had a formal name.
At 13 he was homeless. Survival depended on reading environments quickly, managing emotion under real threat, and finding energy when there was none. What most people learn later in life, Jason learned early. Pressure does not shape you. It reveals what is already inside you.
To survive, he developed the foundations of a personal code. It was a disciplined way of operating that centered on awareness, control, and adaptability. Those early years became the raw material for the system that would eventually become The Pressure Code.

Growing up in chaos sharpened Jason’s instincts. Martial arts and jiu jitsu refined them. Through thousands of hours on the mat he learned:
This is where Jason replaced the idea of a fighter, reactive and fueled by adrenaline, with the concept of a warrior: calm, intentional, aligned with values, and fully in control.
This shift is a core part of The Pressure Code and is central to every athlete, executive, or leader he coaches.

Over decades of coaching, Jason refined his philosophy into a repeatable operating system.
The Pressure Code is the synchronized interplay of Energy, Emotion, and Environment.
When the 3Es align, pressure becomes power.
When they drift, pressure becomes chaos.

Jason’s work is not motivational hype. It is architecture that supports performance when it matters most.

For years Aryna Sabalenka’s raw intensity made her one of the most dangerous competitors in tennis. It also held her back in the biggest moments.
She did not need new tactics.
She needed a new operating system.

Jason’s work reaches far beyond elite sport. He coaches executives, founders, and high pressure teams where:

He serves as an Advisor and Ambassador for IM8 Health, which aligns with his commitment to energy, longevity, and sustainable performance.
His upcoming book, The Pressure Code, organizes decades of lived experience into a clear playbook for high performers.

Jason’s mission is simple.
He teaches people how to stop fighting pressure and start using it.
Pressure is not the enemy. Your operating system determines whether it breaks you or builds you.
